Abstract:
As a new technology for promoting the transformation of digital and intelligent equipment, digital twin technology has successfully realized its great application value in many scenes. With the rapid expansion of the scale of hydrogen production from renewable energy power generation and the digital transformation of the energy industry, some advanced management and operation and maintenance technologies are urgently required in the large-scale application of alkaline water electrolyzer (AWE). Therefore, the research on digital twin modeling and application of AWE is carried out in this paper. Firstly, based on the working principle and process of AWE, a four-layer construction framework of digital twin of AWE is built. Then, the application technology route and core technology of digital twin in the scenarios of equipment fault diagnosis, parameter control optimization and equipment cluster management are analyzed in the functional application layer. Finally, the challenges faced by digital twin technology of AWE are discussed from the aspects of standardization, business and visualization of twin construction. The results of the project can provide a theoretical reference for the informatization, digitization and scientific improvement of operation and maintenance management and control of AWE.
