This Order approves the 2005 Code of Good Practice for the Prevention of Environmental Pollution from Agricultural Activity, replacing the 1997 Code and its supplements. The Code provides practical guidance to farmers on activities affecting water and promotes practices to prevent or minimize water pollution.
