Description:
These Regulations further implement in Scotland the requirements of Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. This regulation applies to any area of land designated under regulation AND which has not previously been designated before 1st January 2016.
